When you sign up we store your email address, the time of sign-up, the page you were on, the campaign parameters in the address (utm tags), your IP address and your browser type. The IP address and browser type are kept only as proof that you gave consent.
To tell you when the product opens, to send what we promised on the sign-up page, and to count how many people signed up during our 14-day test. We do not sell your address and we do not give it to anyone for their own use. It is processed for us by Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) under a data processing agreement.
No. Giving us your email is voluntary. If you do not, we simply cannot put you on the list and email you when the product opens. Nothing else happens.
Sending you emails: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by writing to hello@fourteendaylab.com. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before it. Keeping your IP address and browser type as proof that you consented, blocking spam sign-ups and counting sign-ups: our legitimate interest in being able to show that you asked for these emails and in running the test properly (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you at once and keep only the record that you signed up and then opted out, until the 180 days run out.
180 days from sign-up. If the product opens and you become a customer, your address moves to the customer records of that product, run by the same company, and we will tell you before that happens. If it does not open, everything is deleted automatically. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do it within 15 days.
On Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), encrypted at rest.
This site sets no cookies. It keeps two small values in your browser's local storage: which headline you saw and whether your visit was already counted. Nothing is shared with advertising networks from this site. If you arrived from an ad, the ad platform measured your click on its own pages, not here. You can remove both values by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We make no automated decisions about you and do not profile you; the headline variant is drawn at random.
We count page views and clicks on the price button as plain numbers per day. These counters contain no personal data.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@fourteendaylab.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; ours is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
If you are in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia: every email we send names Fourteen Day Lab and Ad Libertatem sp. z o.o., shows our postal address and has a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately, and never later than 5 business days. We never send from a hidden or misleading address.
